How did I get into Photography?
My passion for photography began in 2017 when I found joy in capturing self-portraits, as it became an expressive artistic outlet for me. By the summer of 2018, I expanded my focus to photographing animals, flowers, oceans, and trees—discovering a deep sense of peace in the process. I enjoy experimenting with different filters, like black and white or dramatic cool tones, and adjusting camera settings such as brightness, contrast, saturation, and shadows - it always intrigued me. Over time, I made it a goal to take photos every day, whether of myself or nature. Gradually, Photography evolved from a simple interest into a true passion.

In February 2024, I took a significant step toward making Photography my career by investing in my first camera. Enrolling in Intro to Photography gave me essential artistic knowledge to grow as a Photographer. I explored various photography styles, including portrait, landscape, fast & slow shutter speed, low light, street, and sports photography. This knowledge helped me master my camera settings, allowing me to adjust shutter speed, focus, and ISO for optimal results. I also learned how to tell compelling through my Photography by carefully considering angles, colors, lighting, location, weather, and the facial expressions of my clients.

I aim to use Photography to highlight the best in my clients through a storytelling approach. For instance, I'll capture close-up shots to convey emotion and add a sense of realism to the images. I also plan to support small businesses and entrepreneurs by helping them elevate their brands. This could involve using optical filters or lighting to showcase products or logos in the most appealing way possible.

Between the summer of 2018 and the fall of 2023, I captured photos using a Samsung Galaxy and iPhone SE, dedicating at least four days a week to photography. During this period, I primarily focused on portrait and nature photography. It wasn't until February 2024 that I took a significant step forward by investing in my first camera, the Canon EOS 2000D.
